A: You must load the disk labeled Pen Pad first. It will only let you install the driver you need based on the Operating System you are using. The next and final disk will be the Mobilepresenter BT II disk. Back to the top
A: You can access the software from Start – Programs – Mobilepresenter BT. This program will install to the program files folder, to allow it to be accessed from the start menu. Back to the top
A: Check the battery and make sure it is positioned positive side down. Also make sure the battery is a fresh battery. Another thing to check is whether the end of the pen is clicked so it is in the down position. Back to the top
A: There maybe a blue tooth device installed on this computer. The best way to find out to go into the computer's bios and look for integrated peripherals and see if there is a on board blue tooth that can be disabled. Once that is down you will have to check for other blue tooth software in Add/Remove Programs. Remove the program and restart the computer. A: Numonics recommends the batteries be charged for 24 hours before use. It is also a good idea to keep the batteries in the charger while not in use. Back to the top
A: The red icon indicates the software being loaded, but the tablet isn't turned on. The yellow icon indicates the tablet is turned on, but not connected. The green icon indicates the tablet is connected and communication has been established. Back to the top

The Mobilepresenter BT can be used with the Intellislate by uninstalling the
Mobilepresenter BT software and Installing the Intellislate software.
Both devices can be operated on the same computer by using the Blue Tooth
dongle for the Mobilepresenter BT and the dongle provided for the Intellislate
plugged into the same computer. Just operate the Mobilepresenter BT like
you would normally, the Intellislate doesn't use Blue Tooth so it will not
interfere.
A: Mobilepresenter BT I and II Warranty Subject to the limitations set forth below, Numonics Corporation warrants the enclosed Mobilepresenter BT product against mechanical and electrical failure due to manufacturing defect for one (1) year of the original purchase when the product is registered. This warranty is conditioned on use and maintenance of the Mobilepresenter BT in accordance with all documentation provided by Numonics Corporation. Any modification, addition or repair to the product, or any substitution of parts, by persons other than Numonics Corporation or its designees will void this warranty. This warranty does not include cosmetic issues (including but not limited to scratches, dents or other marring), ordinary wear and tear, or damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect. This warranty also applies to the accessories, including the cordless pen.
Purchasers must register the purchased product with Numonics Corporation within thirty (30) days after original purchase to qualify for the one (1) year warranty. Registration may be made online or by printing out the registration form and mailing it to 101 Commerce Drive, P.O. Box 1005, Montgomeryville, PA 18936-1005, Attention: Warranty Department. Failure to register the purchased product within thirty (30) days after its original purchase entitles the purchaser to a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of purchase, which warranty will be subject to all of the other terms and limitations above.
To make a warranty claim, please complete the warranty claim form.
