How to obtain an RMA number

In order to obtain an RMA number, you must contact Numonics technical support team.  You will need to have your model and serial number ready for the technician.  They may require you to do some testing before an RMA number is issued.  Please be with the connected product and have any any applicable software installed at the time of your call. You may be required to download additional testing software at the technicians request.
